Hypnopsychotherapy is a combination of Hypnosis and talking therapies unlike Hypnotists who don’t deal with the emotional issues presented before and often as a result of hypnosis. There is often a fear of Hypnosis due to the TV Hypnotists this is not to be confused with hypnosis as a therapy, the TV Hypnotists are purely for entertainment, fear of hypnosis is also often due to a lack of knowledge or experience a lack of understanding of it’s potential.
Hypnosis is a way of working with the unconscious to alleviate various problems or habits or gain insight into reasons behind behaviours and find resolve? Hypnosis may be used just to be put into the state of relaxation only, or to feel pleasant, or as a therapy to help change behaviour, etc. The sessions are approximately one and a half hours. Preceded with an hour session assessment.
